Good afternoon!

I've been trying to get access to my Virgin Media Mail however everytime I try and click on the quick link for it, it redirects me to this page:

I have access to My Virgin Media and I have also tried resetting my password and waiting 1 hour however the page above still shows.

Any help would be appreciated!

I'm sorry to see you are having issues with accessing your emails. Does this happen after clearing the cookies and cache? Also I would recommend running a virus scan on your device then trying to reset the email password again. This generally helps resolve this issue.

I have cleared the cookies and cache and also ran a virus scan before I reset my password, however the problem still persists.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear this is still ongoing for you. Can you confirm if you get the same issue when using another device or browser? 

Please also ensure you are waiting the 1 hour before attempting to sign in again after the reset and virus scans as this is an important step.

I have tried using my mobile phone to access the mailbox too, however the same page is displayed. I have attached a screenshot at the bottom.

I can also confirm that I waited over an hour before attempting to sign in.



Were you able to successfully reset the password SierraHotel? Did you get any error messages at all or tried to log in again since your post?
