Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

I have phoned this morning and got my password reset but I still can't get into my email as it just shows the above message despite it letting me log in to my virginmedia area.

Please can this be released as the phone queues are very long.

Hi @NJD1977

 

Thanks for posting this on here and sorry to hear you're having some issues.

 

Just as a basic question, have you cleared all cache and cookies and then tried to log in? 

 

Do you know if there are any issues with your internet at all? 

 

When you phoned this morning, did our team give any indication as to what the issue could be? 

 

If not, I am more than happy to help you, I will just have to take a look into your account but please do let me know.

No, they just said to wait 1hr then retry but it's been 11hrs now and still no change.

I finally got through on the phone but he provided no assistance then transferred me to the faults team which was closed so my line hung up - very frustrating after 30mins of waiting in the queue.

This seems to be a repetitive issue on this forum so someone must know how to resolve the issue. I have important emails that I cannot get to at present so any assitance would be much appreciated.

Tried clearing cache but that made no difference.
