I immediately changed the password but now when I try to log in I get the error

There are no options on this phone number to talk about email and on hold a long time
Thanks for replying! No I'm afraid I haven't been able to access my mailbox since. I think it's because it's a virgin.net email which I've had for 15 years or so which just seems to have been deactivated. I've seen other threads saying this happens when you have no Virgin Media account anymore. I've moved to using a new email in the meantime!
