Your mailbox is not available at the moment

Hi,

My wife has been unable to access her emails the past couple of days. She has a secondary account. She can log into virginmedia.com, but when she picks 'Virgin Media Mail'  the 'My apps' tab, and then clicks on 'Go to your inbox', she is taken to a screen which says 'Sorry! Your mailbox is not available at the moment. Please retry again....'

Could someone help please?

Now solved - (eventually) got things sorted via phone support on 150
