I cannot access email at the moment I get this message.

I recently tried to upgrade my broadband to 200Mbos for any extra 0.65p per month but was told this was not actually available ! Since then I have just got an email to say my contract has ended 1 Has this stopped email access ? I see other people have had the same problem with their email.

Seems to have sorted itself out so must be an intermittent issue after all.

Turns out the contract tending email is just an annual one as I am no longer on a bundle that comes under a contract - as I am paying less than I would if I had a contract I'll stay as I am - normally it's the other way round !
