Your mailbox is not available at the moment

I can log into VM account but when I try and access my email I get this message:

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.

I have reset my password but this has not helped. Please can someone help. Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out to us, I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your email. 

 

As there has been a little time that has passed since your post, are you able to confirm that this is still an issue? 

 

If so please can you let me know, are you having the issues using the webmail or a 3rd party app?

Yes this is still an issue. It is with the webmail.
