Thanks for posting back. This isnt the norm, although I am aware that the forum team are really stretched with the level of posts currently.

As your issue has been referred to the IT I would have thought you should have received an update by now.

@ModTeam can you please update the customer on progress.

Hi Geroffmyland,

I have checked and there was an IT ticket raised on the 10th, and it has not been assigned yet, I can get this escalated for you and will pop you over a message to get some details

Is it normal for this to take in excess of 4 weeks to resolve?

I still have no access to my email account!

It’s been assigned an IT ticket twice and a complaint logged with an escalation on a couple occasions for good measure. Yet I still have no resolution, response or access.

How difficult is this?

I am really sorry to read that this issue is still ongoing.  My latest attempt to get you an update and push for a resolution is to raise this behind the scenes with the Community Manager.

I can't promise that this will lead to a successful resolution, but is the most I can do as a non VM staff member.

In a way, yes, although your latest post suggests otherwise.  I have been told that your issue has been escalated to the IT team and that you have been informed of this.

yes this is true, but has been done possibly twice before too with no result. 
mad I mentioned previously too, a separate complaint has been raised and I’ve heard nothing that either. 
I’ll see what happens over the next couple of days again.

Once again, no response, no feedback and no resolution.

Am I asking too much to gain access to my own email account after 5 weeks of broken promises?

Oh what a surprise, another ticket raised against this 5 week old request.

I must have the longest request for assistance ever with the most amount of tickets, escalations and a complaint raised against it and still no resolution.

Absolute joke!!!

To top it off, I’ve been awarded a new badge for all the help I supposedly provide in this community.

The only responses I’ve made are on my own request for help!!
