Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Hi,

Can someone help me with my email that states my mailbox is not available at the moment and has been this way for some time. Looking at similar posts it looks like I might need something resetting/realigning?

Thanks in advance for any help.

It is likely that your email account has been locked for security reasons.

If you haven't already done so follow the instructions here:

https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-my-email-account-is-locked

If that doesn't work then post back here and the VM Forum Team should be able to help you.

I am having the same issue, I get this message:

Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

If the problem continues, please call our team for help on 150 from a Virgin Media phone or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select option 2. For details about how much it costs to call our team from a Virgin Media home phone, visit virginmedia.com/callcosts. Call costs from other networks and mobiles vary.

I have reset my password but this has not helped. Please can someone help. Thanks.
