Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

My mailbox has been unavailable for over 24 hours. I have managed to contact support by phone and informed there is an issue with mail boxes. I have other mail boxes that work fine, but the one with issues is my mail mail box. What is the issue and when it going to be sorted

Same issue here, since early this morning...

At first thought it was due to password and that someone may have tried to compromise my account...had that happen around a year ago, when account got hacked and then everything was locked up for weeks

Got the same issue now. No response from Virgin so I assume that they do not have a solution yet.
