Mailbox (****@ntlworld) unavailable for last 24 hours, I have changed my password but "mailbox unavailable" screen is all I can access.
There appears to be some unrecognised returned mail in my inbox on my desktop e-mail client (Thunderbird) which I've deleted but now that is obviously unable to receive more mail.
Has my mailbox beenfrozen by VM because it's been compromised in some way?
