I'm yet another person unable to log in to receive my emails and need to speak to somebody without using passwords as these are not recognised. Surely there is an easier way of getting help from Virgin administrators.
Sorry that you're having some issues with you emails at the moment - usually with this error it can mean that your account has been locked for security reasons. Have you performed a full virus scan and reset your password recently?
If that has not worked, we will need to reset your mailbox; however, in order to do that we would need to pass security with you of course. If you are the account holder and you're not sure of your memorable word, we can ask secondary questions.
