I have been unable to access my email for over a week.
I can login to my virgin media but when I click the E-mail link I get this message:
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
If I try and access my E-mail through Outlook on my computer I get a pop up box saying enter your username and password.
I know all the settings are correct, had this account for over 15 years.
Cleared out my browser cache and cookies and changed my password with no joy.
Can you please advise as a matter of urgency...

I'm sorry you have encountered this problem. You will need to reset your password, but we'll also need to re-enable the mailbox from our end too.
I'll send a PM shortly so we can get that sorted and hope to hear back from you soon.
I have already reset my password so it looks like my e-mail is being blocked at your end?

Been with virgin media for over 20 years and they cant sort an email problem out!!!
Its so obvious that my blueyonder mailbox is blocked at there end but there so called I.T. Muppets cant see it....
I work in I.T and if I responded to customers with such long delays I would have been sacked!!
ps. sort it now!
