Your mailbox is not available at the moment

Hi, hoping one of the admins here can help as it's impossible to get through on the phone or chat.
For over a week I get 'Your mailbox is not available at the moment' when logging into the webmail.
I've reset the password as discussed on other threads but not joy.

What else can I do?

Wait until tomorrow when the Forum Team will reach this post - they should be able to arrange for the account to be unblocked.

When they do get to it they will contact you via Private Message to obtain relevant details.

Our apologies for the issues with your mail. We can get this looked in to from our side but I will just need to grab a few more details. 

I will pop you over a private message and we can go from there. The message will show in the purple envelope on the top right of the page.

Hi @c_abbess - sorry for the delay on this. I've had notification from the relevant team that this has been resolved now. When you're able to check can you please let us know how you get on?
