Your mailbox is not available at the moment.

Hi! i've not been able to log into my Virgin account since weds 25th March. i've tried setting up new POP and IMAP accounts on my Macbook but nothing. and when i try on the Virgin Media site it just says "Your mailbox is not available at the moment." ... please can someone help me? I'm self-isolating and need it desperately. i know this is a difficult time. thank you, Tim.

First questiont hat will change the support path.

Ok, STILL no access to my email (9 days) or any help from Virgin Media (who i pay £60 a month to) ... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!

Clear your browsers cache and cookies and try again.

Try using the browsers incognito mode.

Try using an email client for access, settings are here: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/email-settings-for-all-virgin-media-domains

tried all that mate - nothing! 22 days now without email ... just keep getting this Screenshot 2020-04-15 at 16.12.17.png

Your mailbox needs to be re-enabled by Virgin Media staff, which is why I escalated this thread to the team a few days ago.  However, there are currently only a few of the main forum team available so it takes longer than usual for them to get to these threads.

You may see a number of VM Field Techs posting as Forum Staff, unfortunately they are not able to deal with issues of this nature.
