Hi! i've not been able to log into my Virgin account since weds 25th March. i've tried setting up new POP and IMAP accounts on my Macbook but nothing. and when i try on the Virgin Media site it just says "Your mailbox is not available at the moment." ... please can someone help me? I'm self-isolating and need it desperately. i know this is a difficult time. thank you, Tim.
Your mailbox needs to be re-enabled by Virgin Media staff, which is why I escalated this thread to the team a few days ago. However, there are currently only a few of the main forum team available so it takes longer than usual for them to get to these threads.
You may see a number of VM Field Techs posting as Forum Staff, unfortunately they are not able to deal with issues of this nature.
