I have not been able to receive emails on my two email accounts on my, pc I run thunderbird and it keeps asking me for the password, also my android phone and tablet are the same but don't ask for a password but am not receiving email. If I go the webmail page once I am into virginmedia, I get this message " Your mailbox is not available at the moment".
I have tried resetting my password didn't work
I have been on to the phone helpline twice, the first time they said their server was down I think that what he said. The second time they said they reset my password and to wait 2 hours, didn't work
After spending around 1 hour each call to get through
Can anyone help? as I said I can not receive emails on my blueyonder and virginmedia account so I am using [removed] if anyone can help.

Hi, No it has not been resolved, they said they reset my passwords on my blueyonder and virginmedia email account and to wait 2 hours, but it has not worked. I have spent so much time on the phone, I am now trying this method to get it resolved
