My wife’s email mailbox is locked and we are getting a message saying “Your mailbox is not available at the moment.” when we try to login to email via the website.
This has happened previously and it was as a result of the account being locked.
Can someone from support DM me please to get the account unlocked.
Same problem here. One of my ntlworld email addresses blocked. Received a warning email on the address not blocked, from internet-security @ virgin media. 20-416597101 with reference: VMIS158-SUSPICIOUS_ACTIVITY-F010186952 Finished malware scan with no problem found. changed password. Still can not get in the mailbox.

I'm sorry to see that your mailbox is not available. Usually running the virus scans and resetting the password would resolve this. As you are still having issues with this it would be best to check this further for you.
