Your mailbox is not available at the moment

Hi, 

When i try to login to my main VM email account it's saying 'Your mailbox is not available at the moment. Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices'.

I have reset the password twice via telephone help but it's still locked. I am able to log in to my sub accounts. Can someone advise?

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues accessing your email account, have you been able to get this resolved since your last post?
