Unable to access email since 09th December 2020 following message appears -

Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

Noted on Virgin forums that I am not the only one to experience this (reported by 100+++), I am currently involved in a text conversation as a result of a 150 call to their Service Desk and now passed onto their Cable Customer Care Team which could take another 4 hours before contact is mad
If this is a known problem (based on 100s off reported incidents then why are the Service Desk not provided with the resolution details!!!!!
