I am trying to log into my main ntlworld email account but get the following message:
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.
I've tried waiting an hour and have changed the password as well but the problem is still there. Reading previous posts, this is a common problem which can be fixed, so could someone from VM come back to me please.
