Your mailbox is not available at the moment. message

I had my account hacked I have reset my password but still cannot access emails

I have run anti virus checks as advised

I have rung Virgin but they seem unable to help, I think my account needs re enabling

as there was a note on there about suspicious activity

any ideas please ? I do not really want to spend even more time on the phone
