I've recently received this email message, 'Your Virgin Media email account may be compromised and you need to take action'. It is a secondary account that seems to have it's password changed. How do I go about retrieving the account and changing the password?

I'm sorry to hear that your Email account may have been compromised. Can you try to follow the instructions provided by one of our VIPs, coenoby, here?
