My wife hasn't been able to access her email for best part of 1 week, we use mailbird her account fails to autheinticate, we have reset password and app password this has not made any difference, when we try webmail we receive the following, we have 2 other account also in mailbird these are both OK:

Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable

Hi yes, sort of, webmail is working fine, mailbird still reports a synch error for my Mrs's account BUT email seems to be coming in, in addition to the synch error all email is unread so it's like IMAP has reset on the mail server and it is all being pulled in again. This is the error from mailbird, we are using the app passowrd, webmail password fails to work as you would expect.
