For the last hour I've been receiving this message when I try to log into email
"Your mailbox is not available at this moment"
I haven't changed anything. It's been working fine every day recently. It is an ntlworld account.
Obviously my question is why when Virgin don't appear to be alerting anyone to any email issues
Is there a workaround?

Am unable to access email even though there are no Broadband Issues reported on the Virgin Service Status page
This happened to me some months back and it took weeks before I could access email again.
Anyone know what's happening? This seems to be a regular occurrence.
In fact I think it was you that got it sorted the last time it happened, back in May
