Like many others, my blueyonder.co.uk email account "is not available" and has been like this for a week now. I can log in to My Virgin Media (I am a current customer) and other addresses on the same Virgin account are working.
I believe that this account needs to be 'unblocked' by a member of staff so could someone get in touch to facilitate this.

Thanks for coming back to me I am glad to hear you now have access, I haven't got the information around what caused this issue I can only advise it was a technical issue which did effect 1000's of email accounts.
