Why am I unable to action emails on my desktop application?

I am unable to compose, delete, move email messages on my desktop application - can someone explain why please?

Yes this is still an issue and has been for a couple of weeks

What display/messages do you get when logged into your webmail with a browser? 

And with an email app?

No error messages. The actions work fine on my mobile.

Just to confirm- the issue is only when using your desktop, both via webmail and an email client?

Hello Yes - on my desktop I am unable to action compose, forward, reply or delete.  The icons are grayed out except for compose when I click on compose nothing happens.

Thanks for coming back to us JackGray989, is this via Virgin Media webmail and an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird?

Are you able to clear your browsers cache and try again for any web mail issues?

Just virgin media.  Have cleared cache etc.
