I have a long ongoing service problem with VM that they will not cure, I keep get a email from VM stating that my bill has not been pail and demanding a Pay NOW or we will disconnect my services. Checking with the band and the DD was and is always paid on time and in full.
This is there newest way of causing me trouble. and despite contacting them to have it sorted out they do nothing and the next month the demand and treat is made asking for a immediate payment that is £11 more that my normal payment. I asked VM to stop sending the email 3 months ago and it still turns every month, requiring me to contact them. A VM service person told me that it was a spam email NOT from VM despite it being genuine and from VM. When I told him that it was his explanation got all messed up and he gave some garbage excuse said he was closing the case and hung up after spending over 60 mins on line with him doing nothing again. Another 0% service from VM again, I have a VM land line thank God and all it's ever used for is contacting VM.
