I can receive emails but cannot send them from my phone or iPad, I am not sure of the password for this site or if the SMPT is the correct site name

Outgoing server should be smtp.virginmedia.com Port 465 & SSL on.
Password is the account’s password - the same you use to log in.

Could you please confirm if you can send emails from other devices?

Do you get any error message when trying to send emails from our phone/iPad?
