I have an ntlworld email address that I have been accessing through my Virgin Media account webmail. I haven't been able to access my email all week via Virgin webmail. I get a dark blue window on a lighter blue background with the message "Connection error This service is not available right now. Retry." Clicking on retry produces the same message.
Is there a Virgin problem or am I doing something wrong? I have no difficulty accessing my Virgin Media account. I am currently accessing my emails through Outlook.
