Webmail unavailable

Hi I cannot access my email

I have cleared my cookies

Entered new password

Still states webmail unavailable

Been like this for a week

Have you also cleared your browser cache?

It is also worth trying a different browser and/or use a private/incognito window.

When you state you have entered the new password did you change it as a result of a prompt from the webpage telling you that webmail was unavailable?  If so this was not a genuine VM webpage that you were seeing.

Follow these instructions to change your password- Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.

Hi I have tried a different device X2 and same problem

I changed the password as I saw it suggested on this forum as a potential aid

Ok, working a bit blind as your initial description of the problem is brief.

Are you seeing the message in this link?  If so try the text route suggested in post 1.

The issue requires a staff member to get your mailbox unlocked.  Due to the current situation there are fewer staff on the forum at the moment.

Just says webmail unavailable 

I have seen the link u sent and have tried texting and phoning

Also tried Facebook officialvirgin media page and was told to post on here 

Just getting frustrated as really need my email 

Thanks for your help
