Webmail problem accessing my other ntlworld email accounts

For the last 2 days using the webmail interface, I have been unable to view messages in my "other" ntlworld email accounts from the one I am logged into.

If I logout and then log into another one then the messages there are all OK as expected = but I still cannot view messages in the others!

Has anything changed recently and how can I get back to using all email accounts without having to keep logging out and then into another each time?

Thanks for any help.

BTW Thunderbird, which I only have on my laptop, is working as before OK

Some more info. Just noticed that when I select "Settings" then "Accounts" then the other accounts have the following note attached:-

"The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them."
 
But what needs to change - it's not obvious.

The settings need to match those set out in this thread:

You may also need to refresh the password.

Thanks Graham,

I assume that these changes are done using Settings then Accounts. But there are no sections for IMAP4 or POP3

For incoming server, the server type is IMAP and the dropdown selection is greyed out so I cannot change it. The server name is imap.ntlworld.com with SSL/TLS connection security.

Then the outgoing server is smtp.ntlworld.com.

I guess I am going wrong somewhere so can you suggest what to do next?

You don't need to change the greyed out setting just over type the server names with the ones set out in the thread I linked to and ensure that the connection security and port settings are correct.

Oh no, the problem has come back again.

"The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them."

The settings which fixed it yesterday are still in place so now what do I do?
