I have been unable to access my primary webmail since Thursday last week. It was showing as unavailable but when I phoned and had my password reset it showed as forbidden. Told it would be up in 24 to 48 hours. Service update was showing the fault on Thursday so registered for updates. Now showing as no faults but not had an update. Secondary account is working and no problems signing in. I am also allowed to log in to my account with the primary, just webmail is playing up.
