A secondary account email address cannot logon. Just get the 403 message. Changed the password still no joy.
More importantly this is my wife's email address!

Still not working. Now getting "Forbidden" when logging into webmail.

Can you try clearing cache/cookies and then trying again for me?
I did clear cache and cookies before trying.
I've just tried logging on with a clean install of Chrome and Edge and still get "forbidden"

Do you mean a client such as Outlook or Thunderbird using POP or IMAP?
I've just setup Windows 10 email client and that works ok (Send and Receive). But the forwarding setup on the account is not working.
You may need to reset up the forwarding rules if you had them set up previously.
Keep trying to sign in to the webmail, it can at max take 24 hours to fully unlock.
