I am having the same problems as everybody else. Been unable to send or receive emails for about 36 hours now. Very inconvenient. Spoken to Virgin twice....not terribly reassuring as to when this problem will be fixed.
Hi, I am also experiencing the mailbox is unavailable message which says to wait an hour and trying again, I am not receiving any emails at all and cannot login to my emails, please help as I am waiting on an email within the next day or so that is quite urgent to me.
