My wife is trying to log into her e-mail account on Virgin Media from a Windows 10 machine. If she enters her e-mail address and clicks 'Sign In' she is reminded she needs to enter a password so the button click works then. If she then enters her password then the button is unresponsive from mouse/touchpad clicks or hitting the Enter key.
On my machine (Windows 11) she can log in without any issue.
I have tried clearing the cache and have used Edge and Chrome browsers on her PC but the result is the same in both browsers.
