Hi,
My wife is trying to log into her e-mail account on Virgin Media from a Windows 10 machine. If she enters her e-mail address and clicks 'Sign In' she is reminded she needs to enter a password so the button click works then. If she then enters her password then the button is unresponsive from mouse/touchpad clicks or hitting the Enter key.
On my machine (Windows 11) she can log in without any issue.
I have tried clearing the cache and have used Edge and Chrome browsers on her PC but the result is the same in both browsers.

Blocking of ReCaptcha may explain observed behaviour; see highlighted area below:
Try browser Incognito / Private mode to see if problem persists.
