Getting the following email with my ntlworld email:
We didn't recognise the username or password you entered. Please try again.
I know username and pasaword is correct, but not been able to log onto webmail since Virgin updated the logon screen.
Can you help please.

I am still a customer. I have virgin mobile contract and my dad still has virgin broadband and tv package which is the account my emaol address is linked with.
