Returning home form holiday I received a letter informing me that due to suspicious activity my account has been locked and that I should reset my password. I have tried each of the last three days and get part way through the process only to get a message that 'Oops something is broken - please try again later' as per the screen capture above.
Didn't have time to wait for ages to phone support so am posting this to the forum.
Is there genuinely something wrong with the password reset facility of virginmedia currently or what? I can log into my virgin mobile account fine
