I have recently been locked out of my Virgin Media email. Cause unknown. However I cannot get in again as the change password facility isn't accepting any of the passwords I enter. I get no error messages and the individual boxes to write a new password and the second to repeat it both have the green border around the password signifying, I assume that the 2 copies of the new password are valid. I always use a text editor (simple notepad type) to edit the passwords before copying and pasting into the two boxes so that they match. But despite all this the "next" or "continue" (I forget which) remains greyed out despite all the agree to boxes being ticked as agreed. This has been so for the last couple of days and makes me suspect a fault somewhere in your system of if that's not so, where am I going wrong?
