Virginmedia email accounts - can't log in any longer.

Dialled in


My main email address ( is working fine .

However I had multiple email addresses for certain accounts - ebay etc - that were - I can no longer access these from the my virgin media log in page.

And I can't see any way to create these accounts again using the same credentials.

I am a current 1 gig customer - any suggestions ?

Thanks for the response - and thank you for trying to help me - but as a disabled customer this is so frustrating - I spent hours on the telephone - told somebody would call me back over a week ago and they didn't.

Now I'm giving you my correct info as per my account emails - I'm copying and pasting them to you and you are telling me they are wrong.........

Why can't somebody just call me on the phone number on my account - it's been on there for years .


Why is it so hard to speak to a real person to get some help - I am honestly at my wits end with all this.

Somebody needs to step up and help me - I have now lost access to my main email address - and there was absolutely nothing wrong with that one at all !!


I still have no email access - I get 1 reply a day on the inbox chat - and it's always asking for same info i have already provided.

I called in and was promised call backs but never get any.

Not too sure what else I can's honestly making me ill.
