A couple of weeks ago my virginmedia.com email stopped working, I had changed nothing. Ever since then I have been unable to contact Virginmedia because none of the options provided on their website addresses the issue I am experiencing. My email address isn't even recognised when I try to reset the password. Help!!!!!!!!

When your log on to your MyVirginmedia account, is your email address listed in the menu? You should be able to reset the password there.

Sorry to hear you're unable to access your email address, can you confirm if you have an active Virgin broadband account with us?
