Virginmedia & Blueyonder emails not showing now i thunderbird

Since your email upgrades I cannot view my emails in Thunderbird folder.But i cant  see them when i open the folder - the VM server keeps timing out, so i can only view my emails if i log into VM email now so is this problem going to be fixed as im now having to log into my VM email and also blueyonder email.

Its so much more convenient using thunderbird to view all the emails

We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues with their email service and are very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. Our teams are working flat out to fully restore all emails as soon as possible.

I would also make sure the software is fully updated and the device is fully updated. Cheers
