My Virginmedia mailbox is stating it is not available and has not worked all day. I've had the account for years and the password used is correct. IMAP settings all seem correct, but on the send/receive tab it is saying 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for my email....email@example.com'
Hi thanks for your reply. On accessing webmail it just says 'Your mailbox is not available at the moment. Please try again in an hour and make sure you use the correct password to access your email from all your devices'. If problem persists contact 150....but am still struggling even after contacting them
