Virgin recognising spam ...

I really don't want Virgin deciding that any of my email is spam or junk. I can do that for myself. I have many many years experience of doing this. I have turned off every spam and junk filter I can find on every account I have, and still Virgin marks legitimate emails as junk and flags them to be put into junk folders. But the really galling thing is that pretty much every day, the wonderful Virgin spam filters cheerfully let through all manner of genuine junk that - wait for it - purportedly comes from them !

You couldn't invent it, could you ... ?  😂🤣

After turning off ☰ > Setting > ▸ Email > SPAM Settings > Turn off all SPAM filtering in webmail for each account are you still finding emails in the Spam folder?
