My virgin.net email stoped working since yesterday .i am not even able to logon through webmail link , from I phone I can still send the email but can’t receive any . I am a virgin broadband customer , Had this email from last 15 years and it’s very important for men. I called virgin yesterday and they have filled some form and advised me that someone will call me in 72 hours . Can anyone help please ?
then its most likely in the process of being deleted. If its not to late VM will be able to do a move and transfer and transfer the email address to the current account. This will replace any emails you might have on the current account
