Virgin.net email

My virgin.net email stoped working since yesterday .i am not even able to logon through webmail link , from I phone I can still send the email but can’t receive any . I am a virgin broadband customer , Had this email from last 15 years and it’s very important for men. I called virgin yesterday and they have filled some form and advised me that someone will call me in 72 hours . Can anyone help please ?

is the email account linked to your current VM account? or is it old account not linked to any account.

If it was never transferred to a new account it may be in the process of being deleted

No it was not linked to my current VM account . Is there any way to get that email back

then its most likely in the process of being deleted.
If its not to late VM will be able to do a move and transfer and transfer the email address to the current account.
This will replace any emails you might have on the current account

Thanks . When I spoke to someone yesterday they said they have filled form and someone will call me in 72 hours . Hope they can sort out the transfer . I’ll update when I hear from them

No, it is complete rubbish.  Virgin.net emails are controlled by Virgin Media.

Can someone from VM please help me . I’ve just done a check on https://mailtester.com and it’s saying the mail is still active
