I cannot access my virgin.net emails on my IOS device. I can view the emails via my web browser, but not on my phone. I reset the password via the virginmedia site, and I have tried to reset the password on the phone. The error message after trying to download the emails on the bottom of the page shows it last updated in May and the Account Error - Cannot get email. The username or password is incorrect. Nothing has changed and even updating the password doesn't help.
