My historical virgin . Net email has not updated since last Wednesday. Whilst all email subject headers appear In My gmail the ‘message cannot be downloaded from virgin server’ appears n all emails .. I cannot access the account separately by logging in either .. I am still a virgin broadband customer too .. not to be confused with my virgin media account .. can anyone help .. ???
Hi Jumpinjak, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the service. Can you confirm if you are still having issues with the service or you will need this resolving? Can you change the password to see if anything changes and confirm if this happens on both the VM portal and a client? Chris
