I have a new phone and unfortunately am unable to get my emails on there as I can't remember my password. I went through the security question and D of B to reset password but whatever I type in it doesn't accept. I have tried to do this on 2 mobiles and 2 pcs and I still can't do it!!

Importantly, are you a current VM broadband customer, and if you are, do you know if the virgin.net address is properly associated with your VM customer contract?
If you are not a broadband customer, then the address should have been shut down some time ago, often this doesn't happen in a timely fashion, but annoyingly, making a change, such as requesting a password reset, can 'kick' the system into life, it suddenly realises that your address and mailbox should have been deleted some time back and starts the process.
If you are a customer then your best bet is to call VM customer services and request that they change the password for you.
