Hi, I have been using my virgin.net e-mail service for many years without a problem, bur recently it has refused to receive e-mails (and send to) certain e-mail addresses - offering this as the error code :
552 5.7.0 SPAM Content Found (VM603) 6wnLlVglt6JT16wnMl13QW
1. I have previously sent e-mails to this person
2. They are in my contacts
3. I have marked this e-mail and others from the same domain as Not Junk..
How do I fix this/ reset the Virgin SPAM filter.
