I have an issue with my additional Virgin web email account. It gives me a message that says: "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them." I cannot fix this. I was in touch with someone on your live chat who changed the password on that account, but this has not fixed the problem. The funny thing is I still get emails on my mobile and tablet for that account.

I am so sorry that you have faced these issues with your service and thank you again for your post. Can I ask if this email is used to as the log in for your My Virgin Media account at all?
