I am trying to access my late father's virgin.net email account (I have relevant user details and password), but the account is locked. It won't have been used for quite some time, if it is still available at all.
I have followed the process to Generate a new app password, but this is repeatedly returning either an error message or a blank screen.
Any suggestions as to how I can get this sorted.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your late father's email. As mentioned by @DrinksMenu Our email accounts are attached to active VM cable accounts. Thanks @drinksmenu - my father didn't have a broadband account with Virgin recently so that will be the answer. Appreciate the reply.
